    Contains 3 games: Answer This, Be a Book Buddy, Fiction or non-fiction.

    Library Train
    Contains: 33 library train cards. Two-sided cards, one side a library term, the other a definition, but not of the word on the other side. Object is have students match a definition with a term.

    Library Trivia Quest
    A trivia game for grades 1-6, divided into two levels of difficulty. 5 different catagories of questions, with more than 500 questions in all.

    Media Motion
    32 cards containing library terms - the object is to get students to define them.

    Musical Fiction Bag Drop
    Students in grades 1-4 can review elements of fiction stories, such as genre, setting & characters. A game cube in a bag and some music are the key elements.

    Name That Source
    A game with a spinner (who, what, when, where, wild) and game cards with corresponding questions.  Students must use the appropriate source to find the answer to the questions.  Sources are: OPAC, almanac, dictionary, encyclopedia, atlas.  This could also be used with students using online resources.

    • Boolean Searching
      This is a notebook with lesson strategies for using Boolean operators to search the Follett OPAC. Eight lessons are included, each one focusing on a particular multiple intelligence.     • Melvil Dewey Puppet 
      This 21" tall puppet comes with 10 "catagory" hand puppets which are two sided. One side  displays the Dewey hundred, the other features several items that represent that catagory. Mr. Dewey puppet's hands have velcro so that they can also hold the hundreds.

    • Reading Comprehension Cubes
      Two inflatable 8" cubes with questions or phrases to prompt discussion.
