The full contents of the World Book Encyclopedia are available here, as well as additional articles, current events, timelines, an extensive atlas, and links to related web sites. Articles and pictures may be printed as well as emailed. Most articles are aligned to NH Standards and you can click on “View Standards” to see the alignment. Three reading levels are available: Kids, Student, Advanced. Two additional modules are also available: World Book Discover offers a World Language translation option and the World Book is also available in Spanish. In addition World Book Kids has a "read-aloud" component where you can hear the article read aloud.

This site includes access to Encyclopedia Americana, The New Book of Knowledge Encyclopedia, The New Book of Popular Science, Lands and Peoples (countries of the world), Amazing Animals and the America the Beautiful series (the 50 states including Puerto Rico and the US territories.)

This site offers access to thousands of magazines, newspapers, and professional journals, many with the full-text of the articles.
