Present: Karen Cota, Susan Oerman, Phyllis Peterson, Jane Fortson, Gene White, Ed Jacod, Kristin Goodenough, Robert Smith, Doug Lyman, William Felton, James Carnie and Colline Dreyfuss

Also present: K. Dassau, Superintendent, K.Chambers, Business Manager, D. Hodgdon, Assistant Superintendent and L. Aivaliotis, Recording Secretary.

RSA 91-A:3 II © Personnel Request: K. Dassau explained that Liz Colby is requesting her retirement be effective June 30, 2008 rather than August 21, 2008 that had already been approved by the Board. MOTION: C. Dreyfuss MOVED to accept Liz’s Colby’s request and to retire on June 30, 2008 contingent upon the approval of the NH Retirement System. SECOND: W.Felton. VOTE: 10.207/0/1.021/3.772. Motion passes. (K. Goodenough did not vote)

MOTION: R. Smith MOVED to go back to public session. SECOND: J. Fortson. VOTE: 12.407/0/0/2.593. Motion passes.
