Present: Susan Oerman, Phyllis Peterson, Jane Fortson, Gene White, Ed Jacod, Doug Lyman, C. Dreyfuss, K. Cota, Winston Wright and James Carnie.

Also present: K. Dassau, Superintendent, K.Chambers, Business Manager, D. Hodgdon, Assistant Superintendent and L. Aivaliotis, Recording Secretary.

K. Dassau informed the Board that there is a transfer of teachers. M. Paone and G. Wrigley would be moving to the high school from the middle school.

RSA 91-A:3 II(b) Nominations: MOTION: C. Dreyfuss MOVED to accept the nomination of Debra Morris to the middle school math position. SECOND: J. Fortson. VOTE: 9.984/0/0/5.016. Motion passes.

MOTION: C.Dreyfuss. MOVED to accept the nomination of Michael Herrington to the Spec. Ed. position at Cutler. SECOND: K. Cota. VOTE: 9.984/0/0/5.016. Motion passes.

MOTION: S. Oerman MOVED to accept the nomination of Erin Carlson to the English position at the MRSD. SECOND: C. Dreyfuss. VOTE: 9.984/0/0/5.016. Motion passes.

MOTION: J. Fortson MOVED to accept the nomination of Mary Fay as the 2/5 English position. SECOND: C. Dreyfuss. VOTE: 9.984/0/0/5.016. Motion passes. (Mary Fay already retired and would not be receiving any benefits)

MOTION: S. Oerman MOVED to accept the nomination of Christina Cook to the 8^th grade science position. SECOND: D. Lyman. VOTE: 9.984/0/0/5.016. Motion passes.

MOTION: J. Fortson MOVED to accept the nomination of Kirsten McKerley to the alternative ed. position. SECOND: C. Dreyfuss VOTE: 9.984/0/0/5.016. Motion passes.

MOTION: S.Oerman MOVED to accept the nomination of Bethany Maynard to the English position. SECOND: D. Lyman. VOTE: 9.984/0/0/5.016. Motion passes.
