Monadnock Regional MS/HS, Swanzey,NH

Present: Jonathan Kenyon, Gene White, Susan Oerman, Jane Fortson, Winston Wright, Colline Dreyfuss, Doug Lyman, Phyllis Peterson, Tim Aho, Tim Peloquin, Ed Jacod and James Carnie.

Also present: K. Dassau, Superintendent, D. Hodgdon, Assistant Superintendent, Business Manager K. Chambers and Attorney Paul Apple and Laura L. Aivaliotis, Recording secretary.

The Board entered into non public session in accordance with RSA 91-A:3 II (e) – discussion of pending or threatened litigation.

MOTION: J. Kenyon MOVED to seal the minutes. SECOND: S. Oerman. DISCUSSION: T. Aho asked why the Board was sealing the minutes. Attorney Apple explained why he would suggest sealing the minutes. VOTE: 10.498/1.897/0/2.605. Motion passes.

The Board declares a recess to meet with Attorney Apple. T. Aho leaves and K. Cota Arrives.

MOTION: S. Oerman MOVED to go back to public session. SECOND: T. Pelequin. VOTE: 11.866/0/0/3.314. Motion passes.
