Present: Jonathan Kenyon, Gene White, Susan Oerman, Jane Fortson, Winston Wright, Colline Dreyfuss, Doug Lyman, Karen Cota, Tim Aho, Ed Jacod and James Carnie.

Also present: K. Dassau, Superintendent, D. Hodgdon, Assistant Superintendent, Business Manager K. Chambers and Laura L. Aivaliotis, Recording secretary.

MOTION: S. Oerman MOVED to accept the nomination of Sheila Cowing to a Special Ed. position at Mt. Caesar. SECOND: D. Lyman. DISCUSSION: J. Fortson asked if the reading specialists were certified. D. Hodgdon explained that they are going through the Alternative Four Plan except for one person is certified. She is at BA Step 5. VOTE: 10.825/0/0/4.175. Motion passes.

MOTION: S. Oerman MOVED to go back to public session. SECOND: G. White. VOTE: 10.825/0/0/4.175. Motion passes.
