Present: Jonathan Kenyon, Gene White, Susan Oerman, Jane Fortson, Winston Wright, Colline Dreyfuss, Phyllis Peterson, Tim Peloquin, Doug Lyman, Kenneth Colby, William Felton, Tim Aho, Ed Jacod and James Carnie.

Also present: K. Dassau, Superintendent, D. Hodgdon, Assistant Superintendent, Business Manager K. Chambers and Laura L. Aivaliotis, Recording secretary.

MOTION: W. Felton MOVED to approve the amended Sept. 4, 2007 Non-public Minutes as presented with the three changes. SECOND: S. Oerman. VOTE: 6.816/2.358/5.579/0.247. Motion passes.

MOTION: D. Lyman MOVED to revisit the motion of sealing the September 4, 2007 Non-public Minutes after litigation is perceived to be over. SECOND: E. Jacod. DISCUSSION: J. Carnie asked when it would be over. K. Dassau explained that the issue would be discussed with Attorney Apple. VOTE: 11.677/1.121/1.955/0.247. Motion passes.

C.Dreyfuss collected the sealed minutes from everyone except J. Carnie, who chose to keep his.

MOTION: D. Lyman MOVED to go back to public session. SECOND: S. Oerman. VOTE: 14.753/0/0/0.247. Motion passes.
