Present: Karen Cota, Jonathan Kenyon, Gene White, James Carnie, Susan Oerman, Kenneth Colby, Jane Fortson, Doug Lyman, Winston Wright and Colline Dreyfuss.

Also present: K. Dassau, Superintendent, D. Hodgdon, Assistant Superintendent, Business Manager Katie Chambers and Laura L. Aivaliotis, Recording secretary.

Others present: S. Armstrong, C. Kahn and J. Marchand.

The board heard a compensation issue.

MOTION: K. Cota. MOVED to seal the minutes until after the MDEA union’s contract is ratified. SECOND: S. Oerman. VOTE: 8.119/0/2.300/4.581. Motion passes.

MOTION: J. Kenyon MOVED to go back into public session. SECOND: S. Oerman. VOTE: 10.419/0/0/4.581. Motion passes.
