Present: Karen Cota, Jonathan Kenyon, S. Oerman, Phyllis Peterson, J. Fortson, James Carnie, C. Dreyfuss, G.White, Ken Colby, Doug Lyman, Ed Jacod, William Felton and Winston Wright.

Also present: K. Dassau, Superintendent, K.Chambers, Business Manager, D. Hodgdon, Assistant Superintendent and L. Aivaliotis, Recording Secretary.

MOTION: K. Colby MOVED to accept the nomination of Laurie Brantley to the Technology Integrationist position. SECOND: S. Oerman. DISCUSSION: This is a replacing position. VOTE: 11.386/0/0/3.614. Motion passes.

MOTION: J. Kenyon MOVED to leave non-public session. SECOND: S. Oerman. VOTE: 11.386/0/0/3.614. Motion passes.
