9:21 PM � Present: Jeff Friedman, Karen Cota, William Felton, Jonathan Kenyon, Bruce Tatro, Gene White, Colline Dreyfuss, Phyllis Peterson, James Carnie and Ken Colby.

Also present: K. Dassau, Superintendent, D. Hodgdon, Assistant Superintendent, David Dahl, Troy Principal and Laura L. Aivaliotis, Recording secretary.

 

Non-public session in accordance with RSA 91-A: 3 2(b). Nominations.

�MOTION: K. Colby MOVED to nominate Kathleen Boyles. SECOND: J. Kenyon. VOTE: 10.259/0/0/4.741.Motion passes.

MOTION: J. Kenyon MOVED to nominate Sara Roosa. SECOND: K. Colby. DISCUSSION: K. Cota questioned the posting of the position. K. Dassau explained that the position was posted throughout the district. VOTE: 10.259/0/0/4.741. Motion passes.

MOTION: J. Kenyon MOVED to nominate Kathleen Blodgett. SECOND: K. Colby. DISCUSSION: J. Carnie commented that he was voting against this motion because it is an MC2 position. VOTE: 9.138/1.121/0/4.741. Motion passes.

MOTION: J. Kenyon MOVED to nominate Edmond Marceau SECOND: K. Colby. DISCUSSION: J. Carnie asked about the Step positions for the two MC2 nominees. He commented that C. Cardine made sure that the district paid for the lower step position. D. Hodgdon commented that one is on Step 0 and the other Step 1. VOTE: 9.138/1.121/0/4.741. Motion passes.
