Present: James Carnie, Kenneth Colby, Karen Cota, Colline Dreyfuss, Jeff Friedman, Alan Gross, Jonathan Kenyon, Robin Marra, Bruce Tatro, Richard Thackston, and Gene White. Absent: Tim Aho, Jason Hill, Charles Johnson, and Bruce McCulley.

Also present: K. Dassau, Superintendent, D. Hodgdon, Asst. Superintendent for Curriculum, and L. Biron, Business Manager. Principal: J. Smith.

Non-public session in accordance with RSA 91-A:3 II © Student Issue.

K. Dassau informed the Board about a student issue under manifest education hardship policy. MOTION: J. Kenyon MOVED to seal the minutes for this non-public session indefinitely. SECOND: A. Gross. VOTE: 11.28/0/0/3.72. Motion passes.

MOTION: J. Kenyon MOVED to return to public session. SECOND: K. Colby VOTE: 11.28/0/0/3.72. Motion passes.
